The fishbowl method is a discussion technique based on movement in space. People in a circle observe the exchanges between those in the center, who can yield their place at any time. But… what if the fishbowl was gamified to foster engagement, creativity, disinhibit participation, and value contributions? Our concept: participants are immersed in a dystopian future during a university crisis meeting. They engage in a collective role-playing game structured in three rounds, at the end of which they must reach a strategic consensus. A Game Master (GM) introduces disruptions and narrative elements along the way to draw players into a narrative projection.
